Руководство по использованию Морской Подвижной Службы
 
 
"Руководство по использованию Морской Подвижной и Морской Подвижной Спутниковой Службы" - является обязятельной публикацией IMO и должна иметься на каждом судне. Руководство редакции1999г. издано в соответствии со Статьей S20 (Nr. S20.14) Radio Regulations, и следует из пересмотра текстов, содержащихся в Частях A, B, C, E и F Руководства, извлеченного из других ITU публикаций.
Это Руководство содержит условия, разработанные для использования операторами морских передвижных и морских передвижных - спутниковых станций, разделено на следующие шесть главных частей:
Part-A - содержит извлечения из Устава и Конвенции Международного Союза Электросвязи.
Part-B - содержит извлечения из Radio Regulations(RR) (1998). Эта Часть разделена на четыре Раздела:
1- Статьи (выдержки).
2 - Приложения (выдержки).
3 - Решения (выдержки).
4 - ITU-R Рекомендации, включенные со ссылками (выдержки).
